Shipping Info

We use Canada Post, Stallion Express, and Chit Chats as our couriers. In the Greater Toronto Area, we may use a one-day delivery company. Our shipments are sent using Economy Standard and have a handling time of 2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, but it can take up to a week to 10 days for delivery to the West Coast, and 2 to 7 days within Ontario. Please note that if you live in an apartment or condo, you must provide an entrance code and a telephone number for the delivery company to contact in case they need to enter the building.

Please note that there may be unexpected shipping costs for certain addresses, such as PO boxes or unattended communities. The One Organic will make every effort to ship your order, but if there are significant additional fees charged by Canada Post for certain areas, we may contact you to explain the situation and potentially cancel the order. The One Organic reserves the right to make the final decision in these cases.

If you have specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package under a porch or at a back door, please note them in your order. We will print out your instructions and attach it to the package, but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the delivery carrier will follow them. The package will be delivered to the address provided and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Shippnig

Buyers outside of Canada may need to pay customs or duties fees, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
